Delivery
We charge a flat £4.95 delivery charge per order to all areas of the UK.
We will not normally send parcels to addresses outside of the UK.
Although we carry many items in stock in our retail store, the majority of our items for sale are ordered in from our suppliers/manufacturers for our customers. Delivery to you will therefore be from 5-10 working days from the date your order is received.
In the rare event that we experience an availability issue with any item (that we were previously unaware of) once your order has been placed, we will notify you immediately and advise of any relevant delay. In such cases, we will always offer the opportunity to cancel and receive a full refund.
We will normally utilise the services of Royal Mail or FedEx UK (2-3 working days services) to deliver your parcel and we will contact you to confirm that your order has been despatched and to advise you of an estimated delivery date. In most cases, delivery will require a signature and it is our customers responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. In the event where our carrier attempts to deliver but finds no one at home, they will leave a calling card with instructions for you to arrange an alternative delivery time - you will normally then have 5 working days to contact them accordingly. We ask that you contact us after 3 working days from despatch if your parcel has not been received.
We reserve the right to charge a second £4.95 delivery charge to resend any parcel back out to a customer that is returned to us by a carrier as 'undelivered'.
We cannot be held accountable for loss or damages to any items in transit, but will fully assist in the making of a claim with the carrier and organising a replacement in such a case. Royal Mail delivery is generally via 1st Class post but please be advised that, in the event your delivery goes astray, Royal Mail will not class a parcel as 'lost' until 15 working days from despatch. We are unable to replace a missing parcel until after this timescale.
